Located in Hahndorf, St Michael’s has been providing Lutheran education to the Adelaide Hills Community since 1839. At the core of our school are Christian beliefs and values which underpin all learning, encouraging and developing healthy relationships in the community.
Individualised programs and goals for all students across academic, behavioural and social areas are informed, designed and implemented by ongoing data collection. Our aim is to facilitate and encourage growth in every student’s learning, regardless of starting point.

We understand how important it is for you to make the right decision for your child's education and we welcome your enquiries.
We embrace diversity and welcome students and their families from diverse backgrounds. You do not need to embrace the Lutheran faith to enrol at St Michael’s.

St Michael's
Kindergym
St Michael’s KinderGym provides a safe environment for young children to use movement, music and fun to develop physical skills that support muscle and brain development.
Affiliated with Gymnastics SA and led by PE Teacher and Accredited KinderGym coach, Steven Braun, KinderGym runs every Thursday at 9:30am during term. The program is aimed at pre-school children from the across the Adelaide Hills community.
